Situated smack in the middle of one of the most desirable beach sections of the historic St. Augustine area, this colorful compound has tons of outdoor party space, a combined 8 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, and can sleep up to 20 people.

Your group can enjoy separate accommodations, ensuring everyone's comfort and privacy without compromising on location or amenities.
Bonus: You’ll also enjoy two backyards joined by a door in the fence. There’s plenty of outside fun to be had, with a professional-grade putting green, bocce court and hot tub on one side; and a second hot tub and fire pit on the other. It's the perfect setup for unforgettable memories!

2. There’s water in every direction. Uniquely situated on a coastal peninsula, the beach is a seven-minute walk to the east, a saltwater river to the immediate west, and serious history is all around you. In fact, Ponce de Leon is said to have landed mere minutes from here in his search for the fabled fountain of youth.

For bigger groups – two extended families traveling together or an annual girls’ or golf getaway – these homes give you the space and flexibility you need without being on top of each other. • Does Overmoon allow pets?
While we love all pets, we only allow dogs at our homes. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed and you’ll be charged a flat pet fee of $250. If any member of your rental party requires accompaniment by a registered service animal, notification at the time of booking is required.

• Does this home have a high chair, or other baby/toddler gear?
Yes! We have a pack & play, high chair, step stool, books, toys, dishware and more – all included free of charge.
